On the way to Oia one can visit the village of Finikia. It is located on the side of the road before you reach Oia. On the top of this beautiful settlement is Finikia’s Place, a traditional house complex with the characteristic architectural style of the Cycladic islands; it consists of small white detached houses. From the terraces or balconies, you have a fascinating panoramic view to the fields and the bays of the beach and in the distance you can see the islands of Los, Sikinos, Follegandros and others. You can also enjoy a magnificent sunset.
